About John Lewis

I am a highly experienced operations project manager in a highly decorated international organisation. I have over 23 years of extensive strategic project planning, management and leadership experience. A strong communicator, I organise and chair frequent stakeholder meetings in order to process a strong KM attitude. I then produce and present all KPI's findings to senior management on a weekly basis A trained coach and mentor and member with CMI, I have immense experience in coaching and mentoring personnel in various subjects. As a training coordinator, i devise and deliver training plans to staff and ensure that there is a strict QM policy, thus permitting my department to operate at all times in a very dynamic environment. A self starter and proven project manager, I have founded a non profit, mental health peer support group. I have engaged with and involved stakeholders from the local community to encourage local participation in the group, not only as people who need the support, but as volunteers to help the group.
