I’m an executive with over a decade of experience in a fast-growing and complex landscape. My expertise includes managing teams and workflow across multiple countries and cultural environments, client and account management across five different continents, and identifying key opportunities for growth in a challenging environment. I have a knack for facilitating cross-functional communication among key stakeholders, and building consensus within organizations. Currently, my role at SPI International (a Canal+/Vivendi Group company) includes working with an international team based in over a dozen different countries. In a single week, I work closely with the sales, financial, legal, and technical teams. This broad scope has strengthened my ability to see the "big picture," and to unify and align the company around common strategic initiatives. I have an analytical and highly detailed-oriented mindset with a creative core, and this combination gives me the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external organizations.
