I am an experienced Company President and General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the food production industry. Also skilled in Digital Strategy, Sales Presentations, Email Marketing, Office Administration, and Google Adwords, I have always taken it upon myself to learn about how related departments operate, so I could understand the big picture. The achievement of a Master of Business Administration focused on Entrepreneurial Studies from Rutgers Business School was a proud moment, since I am a firm believer in engaging in constant learning. With my background in staff training, I completely revamped Joey's Fine Foods Quality Control operations and procedures, successfully elevating the company to industry standards, which allowed them to bid on new business from larger companies. I saved the company thousands in fines, and helped to position them to bid on and achieve new business. Upon my arrival at Joey's, a former colleague and Operations Manager noted how quickly I won the trust and commitment from employees and management alike. During my time at Joey's Fine Foods, I designed and maintained the first company website, launched an immigration compliance audit reviewing I-9 documentation of all employees, purchased equipment that increased productivity, created staff training programs from scratch, lead team meetings, developed procedures and manuals, analyzed Google AdSense data, engaged in targeted marketing both online and using traditional media and so much more.
