As a trained expert in Insight Discovery, I’m passionate about helping leaders bring out the very best in their team's. When individuals fully understand their strengths, their blind spots and their value to their team, they work far more effectively, and give even more to the business. One of the struggles managers face is finding proven, effective approaches that deliver practical solutions, and a strategy and that can be put in place straight away. With many years' experience working with employers and teams, I provide the solution with an Insights Discovery workshop. Insights Discovery is a powerful tool, based on the highly acclaimed work of psychiatrist Carl Jung, offering deep and sometimes surprising insights into why people respond differently to situations, and how you can leverage those differences to create an unstoppable team. By helping individuals become increasingly self-aware of their impact on others, how to use strengths and mitigate weaknesses, you’ll outperform your competition time and time again. Having built my own successful business and worked in leadership positions in companies across the globe, I have a wealth of experience in how businesses are run and the importance of managing teams effectively to achieve maximum output. I’m also a Visiting Fellow and Counsellor on the Cranfield University’s Business Growth Programme, a position I’m honoured to hold and part of my own commitment to being a lifelong learner.
