I have thirteen years experience in mid-level government project management of highly intensive environments as an officer in the U.S. Army National Guard, including two overseas deployments. Duties included direction and management of staff, policy formulation and implementation, and oversight of training and team building. I have six years experience in operations and management of equipment and staff at an independently owned brewery located downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. Duties included the production, packaging, and distribution of product, the purchase of raw materials and equipment, scheduling of periodic maintenance, oversight of quality control and inventory, and direction of eight staff members.
