With over 15 years at the intersection of technology, policy, and international development, I help organizations harness digital innovation—including AI and emerging technologies—to drive sustainable, global impact. As Program Manager for USAID’s Office of Digital Technology, I’ve built and led a high-performing strategic engagement and communications team, shaped USAID’s first Digital Strategy, and helped guide digital transformation efforts in partnership with Missions and teams operating in over 80 countries. My work centers on forging strategic partnerships with governments, industry leaders, and multilateral organizations. I’ve mobilized millions in resources—including a $6M private sector donation for Ukraine’s digital resilience—and served as USAID’s global relationship manager for Microsoft, Google, Meta, IBM, Cisco, and others. I’m experienced at translating complex digital and AI policy issues into actionable strategies, and advising on the risks and opportunities presented by emerging technologies. I’m committed to building capacity and advancing thought leadership in the sector. I’ve designed and delivered award-winning training programs on digital development, AI, and responsible tech, equipping 500+ staff globally. My experience includes producing high-profile global events, leading cross-functional teams, and driving organizational learning around the future of digital transformation. With a background in international economics and digital communications, I thrive where technology, strategy, and storytelling intersect.
