The companies range from $300 million organizations to $5 million custom manufacturing shops. Through my experience, I have implemented sales and operations planning processes to optimize customer satisfaction metrics, business planning tools to establish a road map for growth and profitability, and continuous improvement processes to maximize cost, quality, and delivery. Improvements are achieved by working with cross-functional teams to execute the “What, How, and When” within the company. Execution is driven across all functional areas and levels of the organization to meet target goals. Teamwork and focus on a defined set of goals make the difference between a good company and a great company. The people within an organization pulling in the same direction toward a common goal determine the success of an organization.
