I love to solve a business and client’s operational issue with modern technology. I listen, create, scale and optimize operations. I stay focused on what’s important, build amazing teams and easily adapt to an ever changing business environment. I have been blessed and enjoyed several executive positions which have encompassed all aspects of National and Global Operations. My experience has taught me: I can successfully create, scale, manage and optimize operations from $1M to $1B in annual expense - I listen before I act - I can work with limited direction but seek data for big decisions (I love data analytics)- I am very transparent in my decisions and our roadmap I can align, lead and grow World Class Operations from 5 – colleagues - You can delegate authority but not responsibility - I love to see our team win - I hate to lose in business or soccer - I connect with colleagues and take the time to understand what motivates them - Technology will never replace the importance of human interaction and good communication I strive to better as a person, husband, father and leader - I am a life-long learner - I have tried to learn every major operational position at some point in my career - I stay calm in the face of adversity - I focus on making morally right decisions I enjoy meeting new people and hearing how things are done in other parts of the World.
