Currently, I serve as Chairman of the Board for Ferraro Foods, a strategic advisor to private equity firms, and a consultant to founders and CEOs, helping their companies accelerate growth and profitability. Throughout my career, I have held multiple C-suite positions, including President and COO of Shamrock Foods Company, CEO of Reinhart Foodservice, and COO of MartinBrower. I’m known for driving transformative results, building deep relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers, and creating a culture of ownership and accountability.
