As the Managing Director of APAC for Web Inclusion Company, a pioneering German Social Tech Startup, I am spearheading the establishment of our APAC headquarters in Singapore. Our mission is to leverage generative AI to enhance digital accessibility and bridge the digital divide for the elderly and persons with disabilities, and create fair job opportunities through inclusive hiring. With over a decade of experience in the Smart City sector, I have a proven track record in transforming the built environment through innovative energy tech solutions and software. My career journey began in the F&B industry, followed by roles in Consumer Electronics and the Sanitary industry, before I found my passion in the energy tech sector. My diverse background across multiple industries has equipped me with a unique perspective and the ability to understand the viewpoints of various stakeholders. This cross-industry experience enhances my ability to develop creative solutions and drive successful business development & marketing initiatives. My core strengths lie in strategic planning, creative presentation, deal closure, solution base selling and problem solving. I excel at reviving products or solutions, whether they are new or in need of a fresh start. I am dedicated to driving impactful change and fostering inclusive digital environments. Additionally, I am deeply passionate about sustainability and strive to integrate eco-friendly practices into all aspects of my work.
