Thanks for being curious! A little bit about me: I can see that throughout my life, I've never liked the sense of being 'stuck'. An example? I've reinvented myself professionally several times. I've mustered the courage, faced the fear and taken the risk to move forward and grow. I've loved the experience. I can also see this is where I am best with my clients; supporting them in small shifts to full on reinvention. From my start as a veterinary nurse to owning a successful executive development firm, it's been quite a journey. I’ve embraced change, risk and reinvention. All by choice. And you can too. I come alive working with senior leaders committed to growth. Often, they don’t have people willing to be straight with them, offer direct feedback and alternative perspectives. I am quite capable at this. My style is direct and yet loving at the same time – ‘velvet hammer’ has been a term frequently used to describe me. As a coach, I am willing to say what is necessary to help someone make a positive shift. As a master facilitator I am able to help groups get to their end goal efficiently and effectively. My greatest skill? It's my ability to truly listen to what is being said, what’s not being said and underneath what is being said and bring clarity.
