I’m a culture-sector specialist who thrives at the intersection of local government, higher education and creative enterprise. As Projects & Development Manager (Arts) at Warwick District Council, and manager of the district’s Creative Compact, I develop strategies and translate them into action, building the partnerships, business cases and funding models that let artists and organisations do their best work. My honorary roles with the Warwick Institute of Engagement keep me close to the latest research on participation and placemaking, ensuring policy ideas are grounded in evidence and community need. Highlights include launching CultureFest, a month-long celebration spanning four towns; producing the annual Spark symposium that now draws 250+ delegates; leading on landmark public-realm pieces and shaping the district’s first Creative Framework, a shared roadmap for sustainable sector growth. Whatever the project, audience-development campaigns, capital bids, public-art installations or town-centre activation, I bring a mix of strategic vision, rigorous project management and a genuine love of people.
