For the past 10+ years, I’ve led high-impact programs and cross-functional projects across health equity, early childhood, and social services—always with an eye toward improving systems that support people’s lives. I’ve worked both in the trenches and at the strategic level: leading frontline family engagement teams, managing federal grants, advising on evaluation frameworks, and designing trainings for hundreds of practitioners. I’ve collaborated with content experts, technical teams, funders, and community members to move projects forward, even in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments. What keeps me energized is solving meaningful problems with thoughtful people. I thrive in roles where I can listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help teams move from intention to implementation—especially in mission-driven organizations working at the intersection of data, strategy, and equity.
