Responsibilities at Colorcon Asia Private Limited: Inside Sales Representative. · Discovering project opportunities from customers as per segmentation norms decided by the Company from time to time. · Conversion of competitive business. · Reviewing available prospect data before contacting customers & obtaining additional information necessary to set call objectives. · Make cold calls to introduce Colorcon and its services & to find out new opportunities within the set territories. · Entering customer information into the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) if the customers have a lineage of solid dosage products. · Creating sample requests in CRM according to customers’ information and requests. · Follow up with the Technical Service Laboratory (TSL) for the sample requests created. · Visiting customers if there is the need to do so. · Active and frequent communication with sales team (BDM, ATM, NSM, MDD and CSR), recording and distributing to the appropriate personnel of interest important information gathered from contacts with potential customers. · Creating pricing requests for new quotations. · Approving system generated prices or requesting for revisions in rates in consultation with NSM / MDD depending on the opportunity. · Following up on quotations sent to customers & updating the validity or status of the quotes that are due to expiry. · Following up on payment status of customers in the set territories.
