Starting my career in the music touring industry, working my way up from audio engineer to executive producer. Seeing the cycles of creativity and burnout among artists, I noticed some crucial patterns. To avoid my own burnout, I transitioned to the startup world, founding a software company, a marketing agency, and a consultancy.
