About Jon Gresham

I’m a seasoned Loss Prevention Manager at Amazon, where I lead security operations, loss prevention strategy, and workplace violence prevention across multiple fulfillment centers. With over 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement, higher education, military service, and the private sector, I bring a mission-driven, data-informed approach to safeguarding people, assets, and operations. Prior to Amazon, I served as Director of Campus Safety and Title IX Coordinator at a residential university, overseeing civil rights investigations, emergency preparedness, and behavioral threat assessments. I’ve also taught criminal justice courses for nearly a decade, mentoring future professionals in policing, investigations, forensics, and ethics. My core strengths include leadership development, criminal and civil investigations, shrink reduction, security contract management, and risk mitigation across complex environments. I currently supervise a team of Loss Prevention professionals and up to 80+ security personnel across five sites. I hold a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Tusculum University. I’m passionate about building safe environments where people can thrive—and about sharing the tools and knowledge needed to make that possible.
