Striving to help strengthen the San Diego community, Jon mediates court appointed and community disputes, teaches communication and alternative dispute resolution skills, serves on not-for-profit Boards, and volunteers to assist community members in need, Retired strategic Human Resources and Healthcare Executive with a career dedicated to HR Transformation and System Integration initiatives for preeminent, highly successful and large organizations across California, throughout the United States, and Internationally. Driven to support the workforce in the pursuit of an enjoyable experience for all employees, Jon was guided by Alternative Dispute Resolution, Experience Economy, and Servant Leader principals. Jon strived to partner Human Resources with the business to lead the development, and enterprise-wide adoption, of distinctive cultures specifically designed to support the entire workforce and the organization’s values and strategic initiatives.
