I could start with the usual - I am self-motivated, focused, calm, adaptable and communicative individual - always with an eye on detail and delivery…. But then they all say that. I’m self-employed and have been so for most of my life (in one way or another) so without the above I wouldn’t have survived in an ever changing work environment. What I do have which is different to most people is over 29 years in the Event Industry which makes me highly organised, efficient with a very strong set of skills and vision. Having a trusted individual looking after your event, large or small, provides reassurance to not only you the client but also your colleagues and other potential suppliers you may already have in place. I have worked throughout Europe and am very comfortable with new challenges on a day to day basis, and as a founder of eml: team I lead teams of event consultants, event managers, facilitators and coaches…. As well as a myriad of industry specialists. In these modern times I have now run more events with multi-cultural teams in their own countries than ever before. I stand ready to engage your team with creative ideas and a high quality of delivery. Under my direction our team delivers of a wide portfolio event services encompassing pure event management, workshops and conference based team activities. I pride myself on not being one dimensional in my approach to consultancy and event management and enjoy working with new concepts and ideas. I am also an accomplished trainer, delivering work-based tools in a lively and fun manner- imparting knowledge in a memorable and interesting way.
