About Jon Shell

With over two decades of experience in finance, I am currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Neighborly, the world’s largest home services company with more than 30 brands and locations, catering to over 12 million customers worldwide. My role encompasses critical functions such as accounting, finance, and franchisee supply chain management. I collaborate closely with franchise owners and investors, and have successfully led Neighborly’s merger and acquisition initiatives over the past eight years. Additionally, from September 2023 to July 2024, I had the privilege of serving as Neighborly’s Interim Chief Executive Officer. During this period, I focused on empowering our associates and franchise owners, fostering their passion and purpose in their work, while also helping our customers repair, maintain or enhance their homes, delivered through a frictionless experience.
