About Jon Theiss

What’s the best way to invite users into your space, and what could we do to encourage them to stay? I respect companies navigating the market’s exploding need for high-quality digital material. Delivering engaging, outcome-based e-learning content is especially vital now, as the teaching and learning community face new challenges. It’s always a thrill for me to leverage my experience in creating pedagogically sound videos to further those aims. A collaborative start-to-finish digital video creator/editor, I use data-driven methods to guide video strategy, deepen engagement and elevate user experience. My work has a track record of increasing adoptions and driving sales. I understand the realities of the evolving publishing marketplace. As senior digital content producer, I: • collaborate with stakeholders to meet learning and business objectives • shepherd video shoots from pre-production through finished delivery • deliver top-notch quality content quickly Whether producing integrated classroom footage for Pearson’s Teacher Education portfolio, a series of Spanish and Portuguese language cooking lessons or a complete e-learning docuseries for instructors, my goal is the same: to produce high-quality, engaging videos that open a new door to learning. Specialties include: video production | online publishing | video editing | teacher education
