About Jonas Piet

My journey began in 2003 with design research, followed with designing services, and later building the teams to design and implement end-to-end experiences. One product of this is learning platform Kudoz, SDN Award finalist, and winner at the Vancouver UX Awards. Right now, I am part of the innovation office of ING Bank. I lead exploration projects to find opportunities to go into our innovation process ⁠— using user research, trend research and a service design perspective. Before ING, I worked at London agencies Engine Service Design and Participle. As an independent consultant I worked with organisations across private and public sector, such as Vodafone, City of Amsterdam and University College London Hospital. With Sarah Schulman, I co-led social design agency InWithForward. I love learning, and have ran courses in Service Design with Common Ground, guest-lectured at Copenhagen Business School, University of the Arts London and Delft University of Technology. I hold a Masters degree in Industrial Design Engineering.
