About Jonathan Dronsfield

Jonathan is a Chartered Project Manager and Building Surveyor, a Certified Prince 2 Practitioner and has over 25 years of experience as a professional property consultant. Jonathan’s is one of the founding Directors of Fellows Construction Consultants. Jonathan has previously acted as a Senior Director for high profile construction consultancy organisations including Northcroft and Capita Property and Infrastructure. He has successfully delivered numerous high value and complex projects in a variety of sectors and his experience of detailed contractual negotiations and professional team management has contributed to his success. Jonathan’s sector experience is widespread, working closely with clients to ensure that schemes are programmed, managed and delivered in line with key drivers. Jonathan has a keen interest in the Environment, is a qualified BREEAM assessor and AP and has delivered a number or Passiv Haus schemes. Fellows offer a new and fresh approach to the delivery of construction consultancy services; led by highly motivated, professional and experienced Directors.
