Steven is a First Class Honours Graduate, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Certified Prince 2 Practitioner and has over 20 years of experience as a professional property consultant. Steven has acted as a Senior Director for high profile construction consultancy organisations to include Northcroft and Capita Property and Infrastructure. He has successfully delivered numerous high value and complex projects in a variety of sectors and his experience of detailed contractual negotiations and professional team management has contributed to his success. Steven’s sector experience is widespread, working closely with clients to ensure that schemes are programmed, managed and delivered in line with key drivers. Steven is one of the founding Directors of Fellows Construction Consultants. Fellows offer a new and fresh approach to the delivery of construction consultancy services; led by highly motivated, professional and experienced Directors. The Fellows’ vision is to provide Inspired Project Solutions from a business that attracts talented high caliber professionals, delivering the very best service to our customers.
