My name is Jonathan Gibson. I am certified in Agile Project Management through SNHU and hold a trade certification in electrical work from Ashworth College. Additionally, I have an associate degree from SNHU and am currently pursuing a B.S. in Digital Data Analytics, with a minor in Project Management. I aim to graduate in 2026,and achieving this degree is a top priority in my career plan. My professional experience spans logistics and manufacturing, where I have held leadership roles in both fields. I have worked in inventory management, scheduling, and process optimization. While the terminology and processes may vary, the core principles of effective communication, adaptability, and strategic planning remain the same. My goal is to not only meet but exceed expectations for stakeholders including both investors and the community. I strive to serve my associates while delivering value to the business. In my current role, I use autonomous maintenance strategies to optimize production equipment performance. Data plays a crucial role in improving machine longevity and production rates. My dream job is to assess the growth, personnel, and culture of an athletics organization. I was introduced to data analytics during a work seminar, where the instructor highlighted the field’s potential. That sparked my interest, as I wanted to engage in meaningful discussions about data analytics. Education provides the foundation for those conversations. I am particularly intrigued by programming languages and the ability to transform raw data into valuable insights. The opportunity to drive improvements and influence decision-making within an organization excites me. Critical and strategic thinking are essential in any business. Given the chance to learn an organization’s culture and expectations, I am confident in my ability to push for improvements and serve as a catalyst for positive change.
