About Jonathan Giraldi

I am a Partner at Aitken Klee LLP and a trial lawyer with over a decade of experience involving patent infringement and validity proceedings. I have worked with clients in the pre-litigation context to help them understand their rights, and have represented clients throughout all litigation steps including trials and hearings before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. My practice has encompassed a broad range of commerce, including pharmaceuticals, environmental remediation, medical devices, consumer goods and electrical devices. I have helped clients enforce their intellectual property rights, defend their products and practices from infringement allegations, and quantify damages resulting from infringement or lost business opportunities. I received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo and my law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
