Current Role Head of product development (R&D)- Subsea Connectivity Head of product management (PPM)- Subsea products (Connectors UK & Sensors NO) IP responsible - Subsea Connectivity (UK) Product Safety Officer and Product Solution Security Officer (PSO/PSSO)(Connectors UK & Sensors NO) Member of the executive management team - Subsea Connectivity Member of the Siemens subsea management team Responsible for the end to end delivery of new and upgraded products including product portfolio strategy, market product positioning, business case creation, design and testing project management, resource management, production implementation, Standards and regulations and market product performance monitoring. Main responsibilities include technical direction & leadership, resource management, R&D budget management, Business Case management, IP management (Patents and Trade Marks), function strategy, product strategy and Business strategy. A Fellow member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE) and A chartered engineer for morethan 10 years.
