I am very process driven, internally motivated and live life with an attitude of greatness. Rather than being a product of my environment, I have decided to be a product that changes my environment. The desire to create Team B.A.M.(Believe and Motivate) spurns from the lack of passion and internal want to I see on a day to day basis. My objective is to change the world through speaking and encouraging, while enlightening and providing principles to becoming transformed and extraordinary. The line between competence and commitment is evaluated to determine what drives individuals personally and professionally on a day-to-day basis. I have created an online series called "MidWeek Motivation" that airs on YouTube every Wednesday. I also write "Extraordinary Intentions", a column that is appears in the Courier Newspaper. It provides the world with passionate stories, principles and opportunities to step into their purpose. My goals is to become the #1 speaker in the world by being transparent about my struggles, brokenness and success stories, while transferring the information I have gathered into the hearts and minds of others.
