About Jonathan san

I bridge the worlds of science 🧬 and software — with a background in bioinformatics and biomedical engineering, and experience spanning wet lab research, genomic data analysis, and product management. After three years hands-on in the lab🥼, working with Nanopore and Illumina sequencing platforms on protein engineering projects, I pivoted from pipettes to product. Today, I lead the development of two key products at AMILI, Southeast Asia’s precision microbiome company. I manage LILAC, our proprietary lab, commerce and analytics management platform that powers microbiome research and clinical workflows — and also oversee the Gut Health Test (GHT) report, translating microbiome sequencing data into personalized, actionable health insights 🥗 for patients and healthcare providers. As a Product Manager, I work at the intersection of data, design, and user experience, turning complex biological signals into tools and narratives that make gut health understandable and impactful. Always keen to learn, collaborate, and build solutions that improve human health — one dataset (or gut bug ) at a time.
