Recently moved to Ormond Beach, FL from Detroit, MI. I'm seeking to gain additional experience, as well as demonstrate my skillsets as an effective employee and leader. I have 3+ years in retail and customer service, 8+ years working with plants in various capacities, and 1 year in a supervisory position in a production facility. I have been commended for my work ethic, diligence, problem solving, skillful training, and rapport building. This is evidenced by the two promotions I received within one year of working with Livwell. While there, I focused on leading a well-organized, efficient and cohesive production floor. I pride myself in maintaining a friendly/professional relationship with staff and encourage everyone to take pride in the quality of their work. My education in psychology and my work experience have equipped me with the skills necessary to engage effectively and considerately with staff, management, or customers in a way that successfully addresses needs and expectations. I believe in motivating others through leading by example, and that my work ethic, integrity and the quality of my work would serve as an asset to your operations.
