The foundation for my role as a negotiation professional and consultant was laid during my studies at University of Cologne. We analyzed the cultural determinants for behavior in negotiation amongst Central EU and Asia people. Throughout my path I am always inspired by the individuals surrounding me as I was and am lucky to work with high potentials and business driven LM and direct reports. We worked together in high complex negotiation environments, expanding our businesses globally and sustainably. Today we at The Gap Partnership support our clients with our total solution including negotiation training, consulting across all industries in negotiating more effective, creating value and securing maximum outcome on the bottom line.
