About Jonathan Spruytte

Jonathan is a Manager at KPMG Belgium's Grants and Incentives Practice, where he leverages his PhD in Computer Science and his extensive knowledge of innovation and grant applications to help startups and scaleups secure funding from various sources. He joined KPMG in March 2023, after spending more than three years at EY, where he successfully assisted dozens of clients with their project proposals at the Flemish and European level. With a strong background in IT, Jonathan has a keen interest in the impact of technology on society and the environment. He conducted research on the effects of European legislation on various types of networks, such as telecommunications, energy, and transportation, and collaborated with major Belgian stakeholders, such as Proximus, Fluvius, NMBS, and Port of Antwerp. Jonathan also has a wide network of startups and enjoys connecting them with potential partners and opportunities. His mission is to support businesses in achieving their growth, innovation, and transformation goals, by providing them with tailored and comprehensive funding solutions.
