Dedicated and energetic manager with over 9 years of experience in the industry. In my first management opportunity with very little training, I was promoted from restaurant supervisor to assistant manager within 2 months. Extremely passionate about providing amazing guest service, and very invested in the development/growth of team members. Within my first 6 months I was awarded Leader of the Quarter in the hotel from January-March 2023. I was then chosen as one of two inaugural certified Cultural BASE coaches for the hotel. I entered the industry as a busser and was awarded employee of the month within 3 months. I became a designated trainer 2 months later. I worked my way up to serving and excelled there as well. After 7 years, I left the Cheesecake Factory, finishing as the number 1 ranked server. I also ranked top 5 consistently in all individual categories from tips to total sales, etc. I bring a very unique approach to my job and management as a whole. I take pride in fostering a fun environment that is inclusive to all, while promoting structure and attention to detail. I’m incredibly passionate about the restaurant industry. I enjoy making all feel welcome and ensuring that all guests are provided a uniquely amazing experience. Consistently focused on self-improvement, I see everyday as a learning experience and strive to be the best version of myself daily. I use the same approach with my team, as I’m very invested in their development. Both professionally and personally as well.
