My name is Jonathan Uschan. I currently work at Western Kentucky Correctional Complex as the Electronic Technician Before promoting to that postition I was a Correctional Officer, then promoted to the Mechanical Maintenance Operations Technician I performed maintenance and repairs on commerical plumbing, commerical electric systems, lift stations, and operated heavy equipment such as back hoe, and fork lift. I also assisted repairs on institutional ip camera systems. I also performed installs and repairs on a mag lock system. I later promoted to Correctional Sergeant, and then Electronic Technician I manage and repair ip camera system. I manage firmware updates and clean and adjust cameras daily. I also service analog intercom system. I service and maintain the satellite TV coming into the institution. I also make sure all magnetic locks are function as should. I work in conjunction with Securus to maintain phones and video call platforms. I install Cat6 and also troubleshoot cable, switches, poe injectors, and problems with server and video recorder.
