With my numerous years of experience in customer service roles, with both external and internal customers, and in front line as well as leadership roles, I know what is important to customers. I’m at my best when I’m working within a process environment, contributing to continuous improvment. I believe in empowering front line Associates allowing customers a seamless service experience. Perfection is the objective, continuous imporovement to processes is the method. When the service process fails to meet the customer expectations, offers of resolution must be readily available and offered without delay. Management of the empowerment process is preferable to penalizing customers for service deficiencies. I am proud to be a contributor to a successful and respected organization. The contributions to the economy and society by the organizations I am associated with provide me with significant career and personal satisfaction.
