I am a program coordinator with executive level administrative skills and the ability to provide a broad range of college & career readiness services to support students at any educational or life stage. I currently hold a B.A. in Education Studies from Spelman College and M.A. in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Life & Career Coaching from Rider University- Experience working with first-generation, low-income, and undocumented students and/or families- Significant knowledge of the post-secondary admissions and financial-aid process- Proven success in organizing and implementing educational based programming related to youth development, college access, and trade or vocational preparation- Ability to collaborate with partners and other departments, as well as navigate stakeholder needs. My life's mission is to empower and equip students with the resources to achieve their goals and to live authentic, purpose-filled lives.
