Always curious and an avid learner, I dive deep to understand unique business lines, identify people and operational needs and challenges, and design streamlined solutions that deliver on business, customer, and employee goals. My experience supporting C-Suite executives, cross-functional business leaders, diverse teams, and clients spans industries, leading global corporations, and functions, including sales, services and delivery, operations, marketing, human resources, and finance. In addition to hands-on business experience and an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, I've attained an Executive Master of Business Administration degree and a Project Management Certification from Stetson University. When conditions allow, I enjoy traveling and learning about diverse places, cultures, and people!
