About Jordan Minty

Hello! I am finishing up my BS in Social Work at the University of Oklahoma. I have interned with Bethesda, Inc. in Norman, Ok, working with educating children on the important of boundaries and being a self-advocate. My passions are with child advocacy and helping children have more of a voice. This past summer, I had the opportunity to intern at Gladney Adoption Agency where I worked as a post adoption intern. I was able to learn and work with families who were planning on adopting a child, be exposed to different processes that post adoption families experience, and further my understanding of the adoption processes - both domestically and internationally - and its history. Previously, I have worked at Chick-fil-A for 5.5 years as a Hospitality/Marketing Team Leader where I exemplified excellent leadership skills through running shifts, creating marketing plans, and collaborating with other leaders and team members to help provide a positive work environment for everyone.
