Throughout my education and careers, I believe my diverse background sets me apart in several key ways enabling me to bring a unique perspective and skill set to any role, particularly in the healthcare and fitness industries. As a graduate assistant for anatomy cadaver labs, I developed strong communication and teaching abilities by assisting students with learning and understanding complex anatomical concepts. I have also gained a deep understanding of human anatomy in a hands-on, real-world environment. This experience, combined with my ongoing education as a master’s student, allows me to have a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of how the body functions at a structural and physiological level. This knowledge is essential not only for clinical work but also for tailoring fitness and rehabilitation programs to the individual needs of clients or patients. As a certified personal trainer, I have practical, hands-on experience in designing and leading fitness programs for a wide range of individuals, from beginners to athletes.
