MY BACKGROUND:+ Results oriented, team leader and player experienced in semiconductor and condensed matter physics with over 13 years experience in multinational research and high education environments in Germany, France, Spain and Latam.+ Over 2M€ secured in grants for research in public competitions and over 60 publications in scientific journals (h=30).+ Over 10 years experience in professional coaching, facilitation of individual and organizational transformation processes, and design of leadership training programs based on wellbeing and focused on performance. Currently combining facilitation, leadership development, mentoring, and coaching of outstanding research group leaders and leaders of research institutions, with leadership of a research group devoted to promote sustainability and wellbeing by developing the next generation of solar panels based on semiconductor nanotechnology, at the University of Valladolid, Spain.
