About Marcel Herwegh

With Radiance Coaching I am working with a variety of partnerships in an international context. Besides designing and training leadership development programs (executive, in company, universities, MBA) my assignments vary from training and mentoring coaches, to career coaching and coaching people in change and transition processes. Recurring themes in my coaching are leadership development, career issues and dealing with change. I am inspired by eastern and western psychology and the focus in my work is the continuous process of attuning who people are to the world around them. My approach is values based, thus using the potential of the client to evoke the change they want. By using a variety of means (in person, Skype, telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp) the learning is efficient and embedded in the client’s context.
