Since 2010, we offer a clear and tested road map for sustainable people transformation and long-term culture change. ⏳ People and organisations are stretched to their limits in today’s dynamic environment - and that is not going to change. Our old ways don’t work anymore. They might help us survive, they will not make us thrive. While there are many ways to transform organisations, the most fundamental aspect is the people. That is where we focus, through experiential learning in a safe environment. Collective Leadership supports leaders to let go of old ways and reinvent themselves, adopting crucial new qualities like including the body in leadership and increasing systemic awareness. As a result, silo behavior transmutes to a powerful sense of ownership for the whole and everyone is energised to contribute. ‍ With a law degree and career in International Tax, you might wonder how I ended up here. The short story: as a participant in the Collective Leadership programme, it impacted me big time. Learning about my LBSI profile (1-359) opened up an opportunity to pursue my passion and purpose.
