My mission is to enable and support LHH's digital transformation and innovation by delivering effective and efficient IT solutions that meet the needs of the business and the clients. As an IT Business Analyst at LHH, I have established an enterprise sales structure within Salesforce CRM, enhanced LHH's Salesforce instance through data management and cleansing, and implemented professional services automation (PSA) in Salesforce.
