Currently, as Director of Contract Services, I manage state and federal contracts, utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance organizational performance. One of my most significant achievements has been the successful launch of an Ability One contract with the US Army, expanding employment opportunities for individuals living with disabilities across six military installations in Oahu. In previous roles, I have led cross-functional teams in developing and launching branding campaigns, web platforms, and integrated Telehealth services as Director of Operations & Marketing. As a Sales Manager, I consistently surpassed targets by empowering teams to excel. During my tenure as a Factory Brand Ambassador at Taylor Guitars, I acted as a business consultant, using data insights to optimize product mixes and drive sell-through for top partners, while also managing national campaigns and special events. Additionally, I founded Nightlife Golf Events, hosting sold-out glow-in-the-dark golf experiences in San Diego.
