Hi, I'm Josh! I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Registered Social Worker (RSW), and I'm dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. With experience in crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and addiction recovery, I support individuals in navigating challenges through a client-centered, humanistic approach. My work spans diverse settings, including community services, healthcare systems, and private practice, where I integrate modalities such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am passionate about empowering clients to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Currently, I serve as a Psychotherapist at Caritas School of Life and a Crisis & Resource Counsellor at WoodGreen Community Services, where I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, client-centered care. My background also includes crisis intervention in emergency departments, supportive housing coordination, and freelance psychotherapy. Committed to lifelong learning, I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor’s in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
