About Joshua Todd

I've always been fascinated by how captivating an amazing video game is. I've also been equally fascinated by how boring a bad game is. It is my job to make sure that the projects I work on are as amazing as possible, and that requires a development process that gives QA a seat at the table before the project even starts. I've learned what has and hasn't worked after working on numerous projects. I've studied the product and I know when conflicts between systems and adjacent projects can and will occur. I pride myself in being able to surface problems on a project early in its lifecycle, issues that historically may have not been realized until halfway through development and caused scope creep. My passion for wanting to be captivated by another amazing game is what drives me to want to build the processes and that lead to the creation of amazing games.
