Highly experienced leader with nearly 20 years in business research, marketing copy writing, event management, product development and partnerships. I have driven the adoption of new product formats, exceeded revenue targets by 130%+, increased profit and improved customer experience and satisfaction. Knowledge of defining go to market strategy, product strategy, developing documentation, creating competitive analysis and market gap analysis. I interface with customers to determine market requirements and product feedback. I contribute to financial planning for the North American business, with a particular eye on GP and ensure department objectives are aligned with business needs and customer pain points. A people leader for almost 15 years, I have led people with a variety of skills and experience across multiple time zones. Responsible for all aspects of running a successful team, including business strategy, recruitment, training, mentoring/coaching and career planning. I love developing my team, and act as a mentor to others, and have a particular soft spot for interns and co-op students. I started my career as an intern, and now enjoy providing the opportunity for those who are beginning their career to learn about business and watch them grow. I've introduced co-op programs at multiple places I've worked, and seen the benefits for both individuals and the business when they succeed.
