As a Membership Director at Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, Inc, I leverage my skills in customer acquisition, retention, and relationship building to increase overall membership through targeted retention and recruitment efforts. I also served as the Director of Continuous Improvement at East Beach Specialties Inc, where I identified, improved, and documented business processes to increase team productivity, implemented targeted marketing and social media campaigns, and managed and expanded client and prospect roster through active community engagement.
