About Joy Kelley

First 21 years were spent as a higher education student administrator in residence life at Case Western Reserve University, general student services and culminating as a Dean of Students at Mount Ida College. In 1994 transitioned into Human Resources at Whitman and Howard which was acquired by Earth Tech in 1995. By 1996 promoted to Human Resources Manager working w. a variety of geographic regions as an HR generalist. In 2005 became Director of Human Resources at Tetra Tech Rizzo, an operating unit of Tetra Tech, where I provide HR support services for over 230 employees and serve as a member of the Executive Committee. My primary functions in this role include professional and management recruitment, employee relations, compensation reviews, training at all levels, coaching for managers, and serving as the HR liaison with Division and Corporate. Specialties: Employee relations, career pathing, development of employee enrichment training programs, compensation studies/reviews, coaching.
