Through managing learning and development, I enable individuals to align their development to organisation goals so that they are more effective and fulfilled in their work. To actively engage, I use my facilitation and coaching skills with teams and individuals, encouraging delivery through collaboration, innovation and the development of positive mind-sets. Specialist in both, the development of professionals and in customer training (projects and business as usual), I work to maximise the potential of staff to benefit both them and the business. My experience is in both sectors, commercial and public, delivering through internal teams, external partners/suppliers, and personally, to maintain and raise operational performance for the current and the longer time horizon. Looking at opportunities to make use of my capabilities and my focus on businesses and business people to work to their potential, achieving successful delivery and more.
