About Joyce Bruno

Born and raised in a small town in Saskatchewan as the child of a business owner, I grew up helping my parents run their Café. This early exposure to the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship shaped my strong work ethic and instilled in me a deep commitment to providing outstanding customer service from a young age. With 39 years of dedicated service at the head office of a national franchise, I played a pivotal role in developing and overseeing the company's operations and success. My responsibilities included creating comprehensive policies and procedures for the company’s operations and establishing occupational health and safety guidelines. In addition to accounting, financial reporting, legal matters, marketing, and personnel management, I continuously ensured that the company operated efficiently and in compliance with franchise regulations. My extensive experience enables me to contribute effectively to any organization requiring accounting expertise, operations management, and leadership as a general manager or controller. I thrived in the company's operations, finding the environment both challenging and rewarding, which fueled my personal growth and job satisfaction. This experience allowed me to step into leadership roles while fostering a positive work culture and maintaining a strong team dynamic. I am a loyal and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic, known for my multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical skills. Whether in my professional or personal life, organizing and managing come naturally to me, and I have consistently been involved in managing and organizing sports activities and volunteering in my son's pursuits.
